Chocolate Cake

150g     all-purpose flower plus more for pan

280g     sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
200g    butter
9    large eggs
1  chocolate tablet (200g) plus 1 for the covering

Pre heat the oven to 190ºC. Sift the flower with the baking powder. In a large bowl, cream the sugar with the yolks till the mixture is light and fluffy. Add the chocolate previously melted with the butter and stir. Add the flower mixture and stir some more. Whisk the egg whites firm at medium low speed and add them to the mixture. Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
